1. Who these terms are with

dryn is operated by Traceable Access Limited ("dryn", "we", "us"), company number 12983816, registered in England and Wales, with a registered office at 16 Richford Gate, Richford Street, London W6 7HL, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using dryn.co.uk or the dryn application ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.

2. What dryn is

dryn is an access management platform that lets you remotely manage smart locks and the people who have access to them. dryn does not replace your lock manufacturer's own app (currently TTLock), and depends on that manufacturer's platform being available and functioning correctly.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including any locks, tenants, or access users you add. You must be legally authorised to act on behalf of any organisation you register.

4. Free trial and billing

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start a trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time before then at no cost.

After your trial, dryn is billed per lock connected to your account, at a graduated rate that decreases as your lock count grows, plus a flat minimum account fee. Current rates are shown on our pricing page. Fees are billed monthly and charged automatically to your card on file. We may change our fees from time to time; we'll give you reasonable notice before any change takes effect on your account.

If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to the Service until the outstanding amount is resolved.

5. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for:

• The accuracy of the property, building, space, and lock information you enter into dryn
• Complying with the terms of your own TTLock account and any lock manufacturer whose hardware you connect
• The physical security of your locks and gateways, and your own internet connectivity
• Only issuing access codes to people you've authorised to have them
• Having a lawful basis to hold and process personal data about any tenant or access user you add to dryn — see our Privacy Policy for how responsibility for that data is shared between you and us

6. Service availability

We work to keep dryn available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Some functionality depends on things outside our control — your lock manufacturer's own platform being available, your gateway being online, and your own internet connection. Actions that require a gateway won't work remotely if no gateway is connected to that lock.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, misuse of the Service, or a breach of these terms. You can cancel your account at any time. When an account is closed, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy — in particular, records are retained for a period after closure rather than deleted immediately.

8. Liability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by your lock manufacturer's platform being unavailable, hardware failure, gateway or internet connectivity issues outside our control, or any indirect or consequential loss. Where we are found liable for any reason, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Intellectual property

dryn's software, design, and branding belong to Traceable Access Limited. You retain ownership of the data you put into dryn — your property, tenant, and access records remain yours.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as dryn evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and let you know of any material change.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
