What people ask first.

Which locks work with dryn?

TTLock locks today, with more brands coming. If your locks open with the TTLock app, they work with dryn.

Do I still need the TTLock app?

Keep it. You use it to set up the locks themselves. dryn looks after the people, the places and the record. Anything changed straight in the TTLock app is caught and recorded.

Do I need a gateway?

Yes. Without a gateway, codes can't be added or removed on that lock and remote unlock isn't possible; dryn tells you when a change didn't reach a lock. The gateway also brings door activity into dryn.

What happens if I leave?

Your codes keep working and nobody gets locked out. You get 30 days to export your records, and an email listing the codes still active.

Where is my data?

The dryn database is hosted in Ireland. Your TTLock password is never stored, and the access record can't be edited or deleted, not even by you.
